Unique on its own and doesn't erases

Priceless expressions on the faces

Unforgettable regardless in what cases

The jigsaw pieces that filled the spaces

New journey, new beginning, starting bases

A new beginning, a passing phase

An ending chapter, parting ways

Living the moment, running a race

A fruitful journey, end of days

Here to stay or just passing by

Not knowing when hello meets goodbye

Seeking answers or just asking why

Time watches on and continues to fly

Every thought, each word we say

Paints the picture of today

Even a simple move in chess play

Can just determine come what may

The unpredictable can we deny

The inevitable one can we defy

Let it out regardless laugh or cry

Stumbled upon a queer looking shell

One wonders what beneath dwells

Releasing an indescribable smell

All of a sudden the peal of bells

Likings, preferences, choosing our own ways

What makes us who we are today

Doesn't really matter about hear says

Be who you are everything will be okay

Everyone is unique in their very own ways

Just be true to oneself each and every day

Looking behind the here and now

A treasure trove of lost memories

This garden filled with seeds we once plow

Have bloomed into countless stories

Give a smile and take a bow

Cos the future is built with these melodies

Why do we hold on to memories

Even though they end up as tragedies

Start having all kinds of queries

While listening to those sad melodies

Even though we've been hit by a  lorry

But life's not supposed to be so crappy

Rather than feel depressed and sorry

Shouldn't we look ahead and be happy

We sometimes make choices out of conformity

Justify and rationalize based on relativity

Eventually facing setbacks with such negativity

And compromise with what defines normality

Life is short just explore the possibility

With a lil touch of gradual positivity

The world evolved into such complexity

When life is all about simplicity
