Waking up at the wee hours
As soreness and pain devours
Even dozed off in the shower
So sleepy in front of the computer

Early in the morning 4am
Shoulders start to feel the jam
As though someone gave me a slam
Or rather being charged by a ram

Initially it's just another store you go
The things to buy you won't know
Till at the cashier the bill will then show

When things happen out of the blue
And more %#*@ follows in queue
We tend to get lost without a clue
Of the purpose in life to pursue

Recovering from shoulder strain
Much movement still gotta refrain
Why does the left start to feel pain
Have i accidentally hurt another vein

Is it really just a sprain
Trying hard to endure but in vain
The different positions sat and lain
Just couldn't ease the pain
